A new experience

Experience is the best teacher.

In over the past year or so, I have had the opportunity to contemplate what kind of 'teachers' to seek in this respect, and how to pursue that. It has not been easy, and I haven't always succeeded, but hey, a child only learns how to stand by crawling.

Getting on steemit serves to help shape my learning experience on many fronts.

One of them is to help immerse in the course: Understanding Customer Experience, as a step to better understand what shapes customer experience. Even though I have worked to face customers, clients, and other stakeholders in the past - from helping at mom's stall when I was a kid, to managing relationships with clients, partners and etc, this is a new body of knowledge to me. So I am excited to learn how it unfolds.

To my course mates and readers in general, I am Adam, a curiosity pumped into human flesh, which doesn’t kill the cat :)
