GitLab Localization Project | 1367 Words Translated To Filipino

Project Details:
This is my first time to contribute to the localization of this project. I honestly did not know much about GitLab so I made sure to do a bit of research about the application before I started working on the strings. I figured it will help me grasp the meaning of what I will be translating to my mother tongue.
About GitLab
They boast of more than a hundred thousand users around the world, with organizations like SONY, BAYER, NASA, and even Nasdaq as their clients. GitLab shortens the cycle time of devOps so that only one single application is need for its entire lifecycle. This means tasks that were previously done separately can now seamlessly work together. How do they do this? By enabling Concurrent DevOps, wherein things are done simultaneously and collaboration across the organization is empowered. They promise "unmatched visibility, higher levels of efficiency, and comprehensive governance".
As part of my preparations, I also reviewed the General Translation Guide found in their website, which proved to be very useful indeed.
