It's so sad to hear. I am from the Philippines and my brother had been vaccinated too. But thank God he did not get any bad implications. I feel very sorry for the parents. The children are being vaccinated without parental consent, I guess. My brother did not give any consent papers. He just told us he got vaccinated.
