New Zealand Foraging During LOCKDOWN

We've been keeping ourselves busy during the lockdown here in New Zealand by foraging on our walks. In this video, we gathered up a bunch of blackberries and made a crumble. We also found a bunch of paddock mushrooms and made some mushroom risotto. Along the way, we soaked in all the sights, smells and sounds of the pine forest, found a few animal skulls and enjoyed the first sunny day in awhile.
