MY VOCAB PRACTICE

  1. Euphemism
Because people felt the title of “garbage man” was unappealing, the euphemism of “sanitation engineer” was created.
  2. Eulogy
This eulogy poem well displays the author's praise for maternal love.
  3. Euphoria
It was against this uneasy background that independence was celebrated in a brief euphoria which all too soon evaporated.
  4. Euphony
The performers were elated by a euphony of applause form the audience.
  5. Euphonious
"The music wasn't bad," Sally replied. "I thought the violin and the piano produced a euphonious combination."
