_The 8 Minute Workout_
A quick, high intensity, total body workout. Try it out and let me know how floored you were. A 16 pound practice shot put is the only prop used, but you can just as easily substitute a dumbbell, kettlebell, or medicine ball. This or a similar variation is my go-to when time to train is short.
