Mistakes NOT to make in the gym
No workout is prefect let’s just get that straight. I’m eddy , I’ve excelled in track and various sports workouts.
Your body is special and requires it’s own set of workouts and techniques ; without paying attention and knowing you’re body you could be hitting your knees against a wall figuratively speaking.
- Have respect for the a-z , not just the a to b. Every step along the way is challenging and is just a part of that process
You will not have success with half ass workouts invest in intense , short workouts (around 45min)
