We are making it fun and easy for you to get the blood pumping with good music in this high vibe 10 minute workout.
This video is perfect as a warmup or pre-workout before doing longer, intense exercise and it also is great to do alone if you are short on time and just want to get the heartrate up. This routine is also perfect for anyone who hasn't done much cardio fitness in a while and you want a shorter timeframe to start and test your endurance. You can do this barefoot on a yoga mat or with sneakers on.
From skaters to jumping jacks to more creative explosive movements, you'll only need 10 minutes to sweat and engage your core, glutes, and total body. You won't hear any instructions verbally so you can really enjoy the music and feel a sense of Bliss even as you sweat and do work!
