Yes I've been blessed to study all over the world, even at a university for yoga and ayurveda with the national champion of India...kinda surprised me that there was a yoga championship at all, but whatever.
To see someone live and breathe real, true YOGA as you do is rare. Most people I know treat it as just an exercise, but of course it's way deeper.
You shine the union of mind, body, and soul into masterful focus and control. It's amazing to see it embodied so fully!
I appreciate your comment and sharing your vast perspective. Means a lot to me but more importantly I hope that others may see as well.
