A signboard is hung in the Time Square announcing that South Korea sentenced only 18 months to the child-porn criminal Son, Jong-Woo and denied to extradite to the USA.

Considering the victims are children, 18 months in jail is just a slap on the wrist. Why is the court in there so generous to sexual harassment?
