Tips for better training results
When you want to do a full body workout, whether it's a day or two, you don't have to spend a lot of time on it. The trick is to choose the right exercises.
A good full body workout should involve as many muscles as possible. The more muscles involved in performing the exercises of our routine, the more calories we burn.
A key factor that is often overlooked is warming. A good warm-up before the high resistance training is crucial and especially if you are sedentary for the rest of the week.
Another important factor is to have a proper diet, it's no use trying too hard if you're going to throw it all away by eating poorly. And above all, to consume protein accompanied by quality carbohydrates after training to replenish glycogen levels and help the muscles recover faster.
Doing something is always better than nothing, but that's not enough if you really want to get in shape. Exercising once or twice a week won't get you a competitive bodybuilder, but it will get you fit and healthy if you take it seriously. Including a strength routine will allow you to see big changes in your body.
