When it's too hot to walk outside

After being spoiled with pleasant weather and long walks outdoors Mother Nature has decided to play with the thermostat again. It is just too hot to walk outside. Rather than miss out on my exercise I turned to my trusty treadmill. Strapped to the front of it is a mini portable dvd player. I pop in a movie, set the pace and away I go. 90 minutes and four miles later I am relaxing with a cool glass of water.
