FULL CHEST & SHOULDERS WORKOUT! (Easy On Shoulders)

Hey everyone! I have some shoulder impingement that I'm working through but I wanted to make a video to show you exactly the workout I did this week for my chest, shoulder and triceps day in case any of you can pick up some tips from me walking it through. Anyone can do this, although I'd say the movements are somewhat intermediate based.

Love the video. This is a slightly unrelated question, but is it possible to lose fat AND gain muscle mass at the same time, or should I adjust my diet to focus on one before the other?

Fantastic question my friend, it is possible but only in the beginning of your training otherwise you'll need to concentrate on one at a time :)

What a beautiful post, i wish people go through it. There is something you are point out here and very catching and i believe am one of them who is learning from your post. I have succumbed to such things but always thinking of what to do in such dilema, am greatful tolearn that word.
