I worked out for 1.5 hours in the morning.
I did dumbbell bench press and rode a stationary bicycle for 60 minutes. I wanted to work out more. But, I was busy.
To compensate for insufficient workouts, I'll go to the gym again in the evening. I'll do more dumbbell bench press and ride a stationary bicycle for an hour. I'll succeed to get rid of belly fat!
